OkHenry is The Deliberate Company's own software for Deliberate Work. It is built for Workflow Design: we use it to map how your work runs today and to design how it should run.

It also pairs with Customer Experience Design, turning the experience we design into workflows your team can run, and with Product Strategy, mapping how your users' work actually runs so the product fits it.

It isn't sold on its own. Your team doesn't log in, learn it or pay for it. We run it, and you get what it builds.

What you receive

• Operation Maps The full path your work takes, from trigger to outcome, at the Org, Product or Service level. Stages, steps, handoffs, dependencies, and the hot spots where work breaks.
• Designed Workflows and Owners How each stage should run, with a named owner for every stage. Names, not roles.
• Step Execution Canvases Your critical steps designed with the 5×5 Method: clear intent, readiness, execution mode, outputs and declared impact.
• Handoff Contracts What passes between people and teams, and what "ready" means before it moves.

OkHenry is how we design the way a business runs. Deliberate is our Mac app for one person's day: it reads their email and calendars and shows them what needs them. Both come from The Deliberate Company.
