The experience behind it

Twenty-five years of building startups, running consultancies, and advising companies from solo entrepreneurs to organizations with thousands of employees. How it works

Typically a retained engagement: a set number of hours per week or month, with flexibility to surge when needed. We'll define the scope together based on where you need the most help right now.
